Hawk Mail (messaging)

hawk mail run by Oliver Wendle

Its a strong two story building. They keep the hawks in the rounder building. They write the messages in the bottom floor(the rectangle building) and records in the top(characters not alound in the top records room or hawk cage). They carry the messages from the writing room to the hawk cage and let it fly from the top window.
Oliver Wendle will be in the writing room waiting to send messages.
